• Recreational Facilities
• Other reservation-based businesses

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use BookNoy.
• By using the Platform, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Users may be required to create an account.

BookNoy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee confirmation unless the booking has been accepted or confirmed by the Merchant or the Platform.

Payments may be processed through:

• Debit Cards
• QR Payments
• Digital Wallets
• Online Banking
• Other supported payment providers

• BookNoy uses secure third-party payment gateways.
• BookNoy does not store full payment card information.
• Additional payment processing fees may apply depending on the payment method selected.

Prices displayed on the Platform are determined solely by the Merchant.

BookNoy is not responsible for:

• Pricing errors
• Incorrect discounts
• Typographical mistakes
• Merchant promotions
• Taxes not properly declared by the Merchant

Prices may change without prior notice until a booking has been confirmed.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the Merchant.

Each Merchant may establish its own:

• Cancellation period
• Refund policy
• Rebooking rules
• No-show policy
• Deposit requirements

Users agree to review the Merchant's cancellation policy before making a reservation.

• Refund eligibility depends on the Merchant's refund policy.
• BookNoy will facilitate refund requests but does not guarantee approval.
• Refunds, when approved, may require several business days depending on the payment provider.
• Convenience fees, booking fees, processing fees, and payment gateway charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Failure to arrive within the Merchant's allowed grace period may result in:

• Booking cancellation
• Loss of reservation
• Forfeiture of deposits
• Applicable penalties imposed by the Merchant

Merchants are solely responsible for:

• Service quality
• Product quality
• Staff conduct
• Facility maintenance
• Availability
• Pricing
• Licenses
• Insurance
• Government compliance
• Customer safety

BookNoy is not responsible for disputes arising directly between Users and Merchants.

Users agree:

• To arrive on time.
• To provide accurate booking details.
• Not to make fraudulent reservations.
• Not to misuse the Platform.
• Not to interfere with Platform operations.
• To comply with Merchant policies.

Users shall not:

• Use false identities.
• Create fake bookings.
• Circumvent payment systems.
• Upload malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Reverse engineer the Platform.
• Harass Merchants or other Users.
• Violate applicable laws.

BookNoy reserves the right to suspend accounts without prior notice.

Users may submit reviews after completing a booking.

Reviews must:

• Be truthful.
• Be respectful.
• Not contain defamatory statements.
• Not contain offensive language.
• Not violate intellectual property rights.

BookNoy may remove reviews that violate these Terms.

All content on BookNoy including:

• Logos
• Design
• Software
• Icons
• Databases
• Text
• Images
• Source code

remain the exclusive property of BookNoy or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.

BookNoy strives to maintain uninterrupted service but does not guarantee continuous availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

• Maintenance
• Technical issues
• Internet outages
• Force majeure
• Third-party service interruptions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookNoy shall not be liable for:

• Merchant cancellations
• Injuries
• Property damage
• Lost belongings
• Service dissatisfaction
• Food quality
• Accommodation quality
• Transportation delays
• Event cancellations
• Weather-related interruptions
• Force majeure events
• Business losses
• Indirect or consequential damages

The contractual relationship for the booked service exists primarily between the User and the Merchant.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookNoy, its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

BookNoy collects personal information necessary to process bookings.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your information in accordance with the BookNoy Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy laws.

Users agree to receive communications relating to:

• Booking confirmations
• Payment confirmations
• Booking reminders
• Promotional offers (where consent has been provided)
• System notifications
• Security alerts

Communication may occur through:

• Email
• SMS
• Mobile notifications
• Messaging applications

BookNoy may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if a User:

• Violates these Terms
• Commits fraud
• Abuses the Platform
• Violates applicable laws
• Endangers other Users or Merchants

BookNoy shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, internet outages, or labor disputes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the proper courts located within the Philippines.

BookNoy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise required by law.
